Commercial management involves the different ways in which a vessel is utilised for the owner’s benefit, including time (bareboat) or voyage charters, ranging from one-time to long-term arrangements.

Chartering

Chartering is a core activity of any commercial management process and seeking & negotiating employment for the Vessel . Depending on owners’ requests we provide for each ship voyage, single time charter (“time charter trip”) or where required period employment.

Managing

Operations

This is the sector where potential profits or losses can occur, and where the success of a voyage is determined. We regularly communicate with our skcompetent ship’s Masters, as well as charterers, brokers, port agents, and bunker suppliers.

Calculations

Controls & accounting

Forecasting and record-keeping, computing actual voyage outcomes, determining maximum vessel capacity, recommending optimal routes, computing rental and transportation fees, managing charterers’ financial obligations, monitoring account balances, evaluating performance using time-based equivalent metrics as needed.
